Maryland, (March 15, 2011) – Atlantic Wind Connection testified March 15 before the Maryland State Senate Finance Committee in support of SB 861, Gov. Martin O’Malley’s legislative proposal that would support development of between 400 and 600 megawatts of offshore wind capacity.
